Description
From https://code.google.com/p/ndmitchell/issues/detail?id=460
The rest of the Haskell wiki is now Google analytics enabled, so Hoogle should be too.
The one thing to be careful about is that people who run their own instances of Hoogle shouldn't automatically get analytics tracking, so I'll have to change the deploy procedure to haskell.org to explicitly enable it at some stage.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reviewing Hoogle's deployment procedure and how the haskell.org instance is configured; done means analytics is enabled for the hosted instance while independently run Hoogle instances do not track users by default.
