Description
Howdy!
Is there a way to restrict a function from one module, but not another. For instance, if I want to restrict Data.ByteString.Lazy.writeFile, but not Data.ByteString.writeFile, can hlint do that?

Research direction
Start by examining how hlint represents restrictions on functions and whether module-qualified names are supported. Determine how a restriction could distinguish Data.ByteString.Lazy.writeFile from Data.ByteString.writeFile. Done means the behavior and configuration needed to restrict only the requested function are clearly defined and tested.
