Description
Hi CellTrek devs,
This tool is interesting so I would like to try. If I want to map a single cell dataset from a tissue of disease sample, the spatial data has to come from the same tissue and in the same disease condition. Maybe two dataset should come from the same individual. Is that correct? Could I use snRNA-seq from dorsolateral prefrontal cortex with spatial transcriptomics from prefrontal cortex? Beside snRNA-seq from dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, I also have snRNA-seq from anterior caudate and posterior cingulate cortex. May question is similar to the previous open issue. Thank you so much!

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is mentioned. The issue would first need a maintainer decision on dataset-matching requirements before a newcomer could identify the documentation location and a concrete definition of done.
