Description
Hi,
Wonderful tool, congrats!
I was wondering if/how one can keep all the metadata belonging to the seurat traint object (including metadata retrieved from the Visium object)?
After running CellTrek::celltrek(), only the metadata from the scRNA-seq object remains in the object.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Research direction
Start with the CellTrek::celltrek() entry point and inspect how metadata from the Seurat train and Visium objects is handled. Compare the metadata before and after the call; done means the resulting object retains the requested metadata from both inputs.
