Research direction

Start by reproducing getUserLocation() on Android 12 with Target SDK 30 after location permission is approved. Trace the Android location entry point and gather the missing device, provider, and reproduction details; done means the call returns a location instead of "Location not available" or clearly reports an unsupported case.
