Description
Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with the API key request form on the NASA API portal. When I attempt to submit my information (first name, last name, and email), I receive an error message indicating that the captcha failed, but no captcha is displayed on the form.
Steps I followed:
Navigated to the API Key Request form on the portal.
Entered all required fields (First Name, Last Name, and Email).
Submitted the form, but I get an error message saying that the captcha is missing, even though it never appears on the page.
I’ve tried this on different browsers and devices, but the issue persists. Could you please look into this?
Thank you!

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue at the linked API Key Request form on https://api.nasa.gov/ using the listed name and email fields. Confirm whether the captcha is absent and submission reports a missing captcha; done means the captcha is displayed and a valid form submission no longer produces that error.
