Description

Installed VS Code Extension.

Got prompted to install certificate.

Pressed Next whenever required and then ended up at a screen that just throbbed but never launched a screen.

Research direction

Reproduce the certificate installation flow in the VS Code extension on macOS 26 using MySQL Shell for VS Code 1.19.16, then inspect the certificate permission window entry point. Done means the permission screen launches instead of remaining on the loading screen.
