Description
Currently there is no option of allowing copy of rows that are unquoted and tab separated (with & without names) in MySQL Shell for VS Code Notebook. Would be good to have so we can paste in excel to work with the data without the quotes.

Research direction
Start by tracing the copy behavior for rows in the MySQL Shell for VS Code Notebook and identify where quoted, tab-separated output is produced. Done means users can choose unquoted tab-separated rows, both with and without column names, and paste the result into Excel.
