Description

At the moment it will update the code in the current symlinked directory, and run any exec_before_down actions (before doing a graceful restart of the web server), but it won't run any exec_while_down actions.

Research direction

Start by locating the deploy-vhost entry point and tracing its update action for timestamped deploys. Compare when exec_before_down and exec_while_down actions run; done means the update path also runs the applicable exec_while_down actions before the graceful web-server restart.
