Description
The map on https://www.climateemergency.uk/blog/map-of-local-council-declarations/ is managed by https://www.cedamia.org/global.
They say updates can be emailed to info@cedamia.org, and ask for:
- Council name
- Date of Climate Emergency Declaration
- Population of council area
- A link to the declaration text on the council website OR other reliable evidence of the declaration text
- A link to a news article (if you have one)
We need to:
- Check whether we have this data in CAPE
- And if so, set up a process for supplying them with regular data updates from CAPE, so they can keep their map up to date

Research direction
Start by inspecting CAPE's available declaration data and comparing it with Cedamia's required fields: council name, declaration date, population, declaration evidence, and news link. Then determine how regular updates would be supplied to Cedamia. Done means the data coverage and a maintainable update process are documented and agreed.
