Description
I would like to add the plugin for Visual Studio Code. Pull Request is the easy part; I have two questions:
- Popularity matters? Only 15k downloads, 3 reviews.
- Should the URL be GitHub source page or Marketplace extension page?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing mustache.github.com plugin listings and the Visual Studio Code Marketplace entry linked in the issue. Resolve whether popularity is sufficient and whether the listing should link to GitHub or the Marketplace; done means the extension is added with the project’s chosen link and criteria.
