Description

As we have a new docking system to have multiple panels on top of another, it has started to become difficult to differentiate each panel.

New UI strokes has been made for these situations.

Before: There are 3 panels being docked and it feels very lost and mistaken from the different strokes. Especially the 'Score Appearance' which can be mistaken and look like that it is a panel because of using the same stroke, but it is part of Properties.

After: Now it is more clear to have these special stroke separators (UX works the same, can be dragged up and down to resize)
