Tasks

1. Rename dialog to 'System & page layout actions'
2. Rename the action in the Format menu and shortcuts to 'System & page layout actions...'
3. Build new dialog content (sent via Slack)

The dialog should still affect only whatever range selection was selected when invoked; otherwise if no range selection was made it should select the whole score when opened.
