Description

Issue type

File corruption

Description with steps to reproduce

#34681 allows the corrupted score attached to #34677 to be opened, but notice when opening the Oboe part that the time signature is missing and there is an extra rest beat at the end of each bar (which causes the playhead to fall behind the audio when playing back the part).

@miiizen Please investigate - we don't yet have repro steps that cause the corruption.
