Glissando playback should default to white keys for keyboard type instruments

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a glissando on a piano, glockenspiel, vibraphone...
2. Select it and go to Properties > Playback > Glissando

Expected: Style is "White keys" (or arguably, black keys if it starts and ends on a black key, but I'd still suggest white keys is a safer default)

Actual: Style is "Chromatic"

This gives a very misleading impression of how the glissando will actually be played.

Start from the Properties > Playback > Glissando entry point and trace how the default style is selected for keyboard-type instruments. Reproduce the behavior with a piano, glockenspiel, or vibraphone, then verify that a newly created glissando shows White keys by default and that existing style choices still work.
