Mid-measure bar line is not included in copy/paste

Description with steps to reproduce

1. select a note
2. click on bar line in bar line palette
3. select measure
4. CTRL + C to copy
5. Select another location
6. CTRL + V to paste
7. note that md measure bar line is missing from pasted copy.

Similar behaviour using R shortcut to duplicate the measure containing the mid-measure bar line.

Reproduce the issue in MuseScore Studio using the listed selection, copy/paste, and duplicate-measure steps, including a mid-measure bar line. No source file or test is named in the report, so trace the measure copy/paste and duplication entry points from the observed behavior. Done means the mid-measure bar line is retained in both pasted and duplicated measures.
