Overriding appearance of note duration in parts leads to desynchronized score/part

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Open a score that contains parts.
2. In Properties, change the appearance of the note so that its value is different from its entered duration: for example, I regularly enter whole notes that must look like breves if using bar lines/defined meter in early music in order to signal that the note is long (akin to a fermata).
3. The toggles for syncing the score and the part are both ON when the appearance is automatically set, but changing this desyncs the appearance: a whole note shows in the score: no manual intervention is required.

Reproduce this in MuseScore 4.7.4 with a score containing parts, using Properties to change a note's displayed value from its entered duration. Compare the score and part with both synchronization toggles enabled; done when changing the note's appearance no longer desynchronizes them.
