General playback bug

Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Open the attached file MSS file horn_bug.mscz
  2. Play it.
  3. Note that the "Slide in below" (m. 6) truncates the duration of the tied dotted-halves in mm. 7-8.

The other measures are to test the best ways to produce (or avoid) a "rip" (as horn players call it) up from the Eb to the D.
