Description with steps to reproduce
- Apple MacBook Air 13.6" (1st screen, left) + 2K monitor (2nd screen, right)
- Move MSS from 1st to 2nd screen
- Maximize window
- Dock and undock Note input toolbar several times. Notice how Menu bar (right part) flickers and Note input toolbar appears (sometimes) on 1st monitor
