UI bug (incorrect info or interface appearance)

Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Apple MacBook Air 13.6" (1st screen, left) + 2K monitor (2nd screen, right)
  2. Move MSS from 1st to 2nd screen
  3. Maximize window
  4. Dock and undock Note input toolbar several times. Notice how Menu bar (right part) flickers and Note input toolbar appears (sometimes) on 1st monitor
