Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Description with steps to reproduce

When the music has rests not in default vertical position due to multiple voices or rests under beams, sometimes those rests will put themselves back into their perceived default position.

This is on the proof I got back from an editor:

But when I opened the file, it looks like this:

However, this one had the rests where they didn't belong when I opened the file (which is not how I left them) and when I shifted the first one, the others dropped down
