Horn in F part numbers in the "Symphony Orchestra" Score Template are labeled incorrectly/ in uncommon score order

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a new score.
2. Select the "Symphony Orchestra" Template.
3. Observe that the horn parts are labeled Horn in F 1&3 and Horn in F 2&4, instead of the more common Horn in F 1&2 and Horn in F 3&4 part names.
