Tab in linked staff with 2 voices: unnecessary tab note

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a guitar stave with linked tab
2. Enter a line of music where a note is left to ring in a second voice:

3. Note that the tab contains two pitches on different strings, where the desire is for a note in a melody line being left to ring, but played as the same plucked note.

Supporting files, videos and screenshots

Required tab here is as shown below: the 2nd string C should be played once, and not also on 5th fret 3rd string. Because the staff is linked, removing the extra item in the tab also removes the note in the staff.
