Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Make a score with Vital Synth VST
  2. Leave first measure empty, write music on secont measure
  3. Play and rewind, notice blip at start of score

More concerning: I have heard this issue in mp3 export as well

It sounds to me like there is a blip at the start of written notes in 4.5.2
