UX/Interaction bug (incorrect behaviour)

Description with steps to reproduce
  1. In palette | Time Signatures | click More and create a new time signature (e.g. 7/4 or 9/4), and click Add
  2. Now in the Palette search field type "Time"
  3. The newly created time signature doesn't not appear, only the default ones.

In which versions of MuseScore Studio is this issue present?

4.6.1

Regression

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 3.x and now is broken

Operating system

Windows 11

Additional context

Especially frustrating because nor can I select an existing time signature on my score and easily copy and paste it into another measure, at least as far as I can tell.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in MuseScore Studio 4.6.1: create a 7/4 or 9/4 time signature through Palette > Time Signatures > More, then search for “Time” in the Palette search field. Trace how newly added time signatures are registered for palette search compared with the default entries. Done means a newly created time signature appears in the search results and remains usable.
