Description with steps to reproduce
- Select a measure that has a rest on beat one.
- Change the voice assignment from voice 1 to voice 2
- The rest on beat 1 stays in voice 1

Reproduce the issue in MuseScore Studio 4.7.3 on Windows 11 using a measure with a rest on beat one, then change its voice assignment from voice 1 to voice 2. Trace the handling of that voice-assignment change; it is done when the beat-one rest changes to the selected voice as well.
