Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Open new score
  2. Open another new score in a separate MSS window
  3. Quit or Ctr+Q (click 'Don't save' in the dialog)

or

  1. Open score 1
  2. Make some changes
  3. Open score 2 in a separate MSS window
  4. Make some changes
  5. Quit (Ctr+Q)

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds

Doesn't occur in 4.7.3
