Fixed spacer does not retain its size on copy-paste

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Enter fixed spacer
2. Edit its height
3. Copy-paste it elsewhere

Expected: the size is retained
Actual: the spacer takes the size of the current staff distance of where it's pasted (which is probably due to the default behaviour of this spacer which adapts to context when first entered)
