[MSS 5 Nightly] Format -> Style -> System is not vertically resizable

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Go to Format -> Style -> System
2. Try to vertically resize the dialog to make the OK button visible

Actual behavior : The dialog is not resizable, in consequence all options are not reachable
Expected behavior : The dialog should be vertically resizable as all other dialog in Format -> Style

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds

Reproduce the issue in MuseScore Studio on Windows 11 with display scaling at 125%, then inspect the Format > Style > System dialog and compare it with the other dialogs in that section. Done means the System dialog can be resized vertically and all options, including the OK button, remain reachable.
