Description with steps to reproduce
File extension is not added automatically when exporting keyboard shortcuts. This means that unless you manually add .xml you won't find the file when attempting to import keyboard shortcuts.

Other exports from MSS do add the expected file extensions (e.g. palettes, style, etc.).
