Description
Your idea
I personally like my playback videos to get right into the action without the title card at the start, especially since my titles are on the first page of music anyways, so you're not missing anything.
The outro card I am significantly less worried about, just more options would be nice. I actually do like the look of the outro card a lot, just sometimes people don't want the extras with the music.
Problem to be solved
The title card adds a bit of extra time at the start of the video, and especially in a playlist with a bunch of short songs, that time adds up fast and could get annoying. Also, the plain white text on a black background just doesn't look as good or professional to me as getting right into the formatted score to me.

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or export entry points. Start by locating the video export implementation and its title and outro card handling, then inspect how export options are presented. Done means users can independently omit the title card, the outro card, or both when exporting a video.
