Incorrect composite clef

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Open the palette Clefs.
2. Click on More.
3. Look at the clef called "G clef ottava bassa with C clef". It looks like this clef has its C clef part in the third space although a tenor C clef shall sit on the fourth line.

Reproduce the issue from the Clefs palette by opening More and inspecting “G clef ottava bassa with C clef.” Trace the composite clef rendering or definition starting from that palette entry; done means the tenor C clef is positioned on the fourth line, matching the supplied reference image, and the affected clef remains correct in the UI.
