Text frame colour may incorrectly reset

Description with steps to reproduce

When true black is chosen for the frame border, it resets to the colour chosen for the text upon reloading the score. Any other colour is correctly preserved.

See the video below. The border around rehearsal mark A is set to true black, while the border around rehearsal mark B is almost black.

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

Additional context

Steps for independently setting colour for text and border changed in 4.6.0 with #25508. So, technically this is not a regression, but it is experienced as one.

Reproduce the issue by setting true black for a rehearsal-mark frame border, using a different text colour, saving, and reloading the score. Start by reviewing the colour-setting change in #25508; done means the true-black border remains independent from the text colour after reload in the affected versions.
