MIDI stops working after changing octave (MuseScore 4.6.5)

Description with steps to reproduce

I'm having an error that whenever I change the octave with my MIDI keyboard, Arturia Minilab mkII, it stops functioning any MIDI input (key input, pad input, anything in general), and the only way to make it function again is going to the MIDI Preferences settings and disabling the device (select No Device) and put again my MIDI keyboard.

I don't know what it is. I thought it might be something with the MIDI Center, but it's not.
I went and tried changing the octave in FL Studio, and it worked normally, so it's a MuseScore-specific problem.

Reproduce the issue in MuseScore 4.6.5 on Windows 11 with an Arturia Minilab mkII: change the MIDI keyboard octave, then test key and pad input. Compare this with disabling and re-enabling the device in MIDI Preferences; done means octave changes no longer stop MIDI input or require reselecting the device.
