Microsoft Store installer fails with 0x8A15004A

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Open Microsoft Store on a Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer - ensure you are signed in to a Microsoft account.
2. Search for MuseScore Studio and open the product page
3. Click the install button and watch as the installer fails

Additional context

I have tried this on two different machines, one Windows 10 and one Windows 11. I am logged in as an administrator. Both machines give the same exact error and retrying just does the same thing. Neither machine has ever had MuseScore installed before via any method. This is the first time it has ever been attempted to be installed on either machine.

Both machines are running the latest Windows updates and do not have issues installing other apps from the Store, just MuseScore Studio.
