Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Create a chord over 2 staves of a dual stave instrument i.e. piano.
  2. Place an arpeggio on the top chord.
  3. Extend the arpeggio down to the bottom chord. (CTRL+SHIFT+down).
  4. Select the bar and use the "Regroup rhythms' tool.
