Description with steps to reproduce
This seems to happen with notation elements that contain two anchors - one each side.
How to reproduce: Click and drag the end of the line around the start of any measure.
This happens in 4.6.5
This happens LESS in 4.4.4
The doesn't happen in 4.2.1 as the concept with anchor dividers UI were not implemented yet.
