Include a new "distance between dots" field in the "Style" menu.-> Repeat Signs -> "Distance between dots.."

The field : "Distance between dots" should be added to the Format--> Styl --> Repeats signs: window.
The distance between the two dots in the " repeat signs " Styl window, should be adjustable by the user. This feature is necessary for users who work with a two-line staff when creating scores for concert castanets.

Problem to be solved

Allowe to generate a 2 lines Score with standar repeats signs which are conform to the one used in the scores whith 5 lines staff .
The 2 lines staff is normally used for notation in scores for Concert Castanets
