Description
Your idea
Hi! Thanks a lot for your great, enduring work!
It would be great, if it would be possible to adjust to top padding of the horizontal continous view,
or even better if there would be a dedicated area for annotations.
Problem to be solved
In MuseScore 3 I used the area above the first stave in horizontal continuous view for writing many annotations.
This is essential for my creative process.
Unfortunately, in MuseScore 4 continuous view this area became too small.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the horizontal continuous view and its annotation-related layout, then clarify whether the goal is adjustable top padding or a dedicated annotation area and define the expected behavior before implementation.
