General playback bug

Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Write a single slash tremolo on an eighth note, confirm it plays even 16ths
  2. Add a grace note with "/"
  3. The rhythm isn't three notes (grace note + two 16th notes) it is two sixteenths slightly delayed
