Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a new file with instrument names.
2. Select any instrument name by clicking on it.
3. Use the arrow keys to move it up, down, left or right.
4. Save the file.
5. When you reopen the file, the changes to the position of the instrument name are not saved.

Additional context

My preference would be to keep the UI behavior and actually save the changes. (See #31436.) However, as MuseScore is currently designed, this seems like a bug in the UI.
