'Exclude from parts' is always off in pasted frames and fretboard diagram legends

The 'Exclude from parts' checkbox in properties should be remembered when copying and pasting frames and fretboard diagram legends (FDL). Instead, it is always off in a frame or FDL that's been pasted.

Fretboard diagram legend example

1. Create an FDL
   • By default, its 'Exclude from parts' property is checked on
2. Copy the FDL
3. Paste it somewhere
4. See that 'Exclude from parts' in the newly pasted FDL is checked off (incorrect)
