UI bug (incorrect info or interface appearance)
Description with steps to reproduce
- Ensure a docked panel is open (Mixer, piano, etc.)
- Click and drag the top edge of the panel towards the bottom of the app window
Current: as the mouse cursor reaches the bottom of the app window, the panel springs back upwards to (approximately) its starting position.
Expected: the top edge of the panel should stay with the mouse cursor until it reaches its minimum height.
