Continuous view staff type change time signature offset in shadow elements

1. Using a staff type change recreate this example

2. In continuous view approach the staff type change and notice the time signature in the shadows on the left does not match what is on the staff. It is above the line, not centered on it.

Reproduce the example in continuous view using a staff type change, then trace the rendering path for the shadow time signature. Done means the shadow time signature is vertically centered and matches the time signature on the staff.
