Wrong-size starting parenthesis with vert. stacked modifiers (turnarounds)

Description with steps to reproduce

Version 4.6.3 has indeed seen many great improvements, but I'm wondering if I found a bug in terms of a chord (turnaround) starting parenthesis and vertically stacked modifiers.

Note in the image the starting parenthesis is too high and there appears to be no way to lower the stacked modifiers (so perhaps two issues here?)

Also in the past the turnaround parentheses were too wide but now they're too tight (at least for my taste). I've adjusted them: ( < -0.25 0.25 > )
