Play keyboard shortcut doesn't work in Publish tab

1. Open a score

2. Change to the Publish tab

3. Press space to start playback... nothing

4. Open a score

5. Press space to start playback

6. Change to the Publish tab

7. Press space to pause playback... still keeps playing

First mentioned in #16709, but that's an overview of many issues, so I've picked this out for triage as it's hopefully much smaller in scope than all the issues there.

Reproduce the issue in MuseScore Studio 4.6.3 on Windows 11 by switching to the Publish tab and pressing space before and after playback starts. Inspect the Publish tab's playback shortcut handling; done means space starts and pauses playback correctly in both sequences.
