Description with steps to reproduce
  1. Open attached score
  2. Click on the horizontal frame
  3. Using the Properties panel, increase its width until the program crashes. You can use the mouse scroll wheel to increase faster.

Output:
Assertion failed: __if_assert_failed_185 && "rest > 0", file D:/sources/MuseScore/src/engraving/rendering/score/horizontalspacing.cpp, line 185

Nightly 4.7 local Debug build, commit 36c874dd7c76282542c31476da63b83465a4d2cb

Regression

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

Possibly related to the logic of SystemLayout::shouldBeJustified
