Description with steps to reproduce
- Write a dynamic and multi-measure rests
- Use shift+arrow to move the dynamic to the MM rest
Once the dynamic hits the MM rest, the element jumps to the top of the score.
Regression between 4.4.4 and 4.5.0

OS: macOS Sequoia (15.6), Arch.: arm64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.6.0-252590405, revision: github-musescore-musescore-be26e9e

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

When doing the same thing with chord symbols, only the pink line jumps to the top
