Ties added to notes entered in two different voices misbehave when the part is created

Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Description with steps to reproduce

1. New score for piano or other instrument.
2. Input a melody line in which some notes are the same pitch but in a different voice (say 1 & 2)
3. In normal mode, add ties to these notes of the same pitch.
4. Create a part.
   Result: the ties lose their reference points and move to the end of the system. However, nothing has changed in the main score.
