Description
Your idea
The ability to edit the horizontal spacing of characters within a text element.
An example would be like in Photoshop where I can edit the horizontal spacing of text:
to look like this,
or if I wish, more spaced apart
Problem to be solved
- Additional option for text editing directly within Musescore

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating MuseScore's text-editing and text-rendering entry points, then determine how a horizontal character-spacing setting should be represented and exposed. Done means text elements support the requested spacing behavior within the editor and the result is covered by appropriate tests.
