Make versions of the new MS4.5 Dynamics pop-up palette for Time Signatures and Key Signatures

The new Dynamics pop-up palette in MuseScore 4.5 is an excellent and elegant bit of UX/UI.

My feature suggestion is to add Time Signature and Key Signature versions with shortcut keys.

Problem to be solved

Currently, adding Time Signatures and Key Signatures requires mouse navigation and dragging from the Palettes. Faster UI/UX navigation would be possible with a shortcut key that opens a contextual display for these elements, similar to the new Dynamics pop-up palette.

Prior art

Sibelius offers shortcut keys which then goes straight to a pop-up asking for relevant info (such as Time Sig numerator/denominator), avoiding the need for any mouse navigation/dragging, which I find significantly quicker.
